By downloading, installing or using SmartKhata, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

SmartKhata provides digital khata, POS, inventory, customer, staff and reporting tools for Pakistani shopkeepers and SMBs. Features may evolve as we improve the product.

• You must provide accurate information at sign-up.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may:

• Use SmartKhata to run your legal business.
• Store business, customer and financial data.
• Share access with authorized staff members.

You may not:

• Use SmartKhata for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code.
• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the app.
• Attempt to disrupt or harm SmartKhata or competitors' services.

All content, branding, code and design of SmartKhata is owned by SmartKhata Technologies. You retain full ownership of the business data you enter into the app.

Your use of SmartKhata is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

• SmartKhata offers free and paid subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled per Google Play Store policies.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

SmartKhata is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You are responsible for backing up your business data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartKhata is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using SmartKhata at any time by uninstalling the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SmartKhata after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
